Joe Michael Straczynski (JMS) is best known as the creator, writer, and executive producer of the Emmy Award winning television series Babylon 5. He is currently the writer of The Amazing Spider-Man (Marvel Comics) among other projects.

JMS is the author of over 500 published articles and short stories, has produced 5 television movies and over 200 television episodes, written two fantasy/horror novels, and has authored a dozen plays.

Joe has been an active member of the on-line community for over 17 years. He has provided his insights on the television industry, writing, politics, philosophy, and has answered 1000's of questions about Babylon 5.
